👻 Race Overview

The Newtown Haunted Hustle 5K is a scenic run (or walk) through historic Newtown Borough, PA. Race begins and ends at 30 N Chancellor Street (Chancellor Building parking lot).

🎭 Costumes & Prizes

• Costumes: Participants are strongly encouraged to wear their best or spookiest costumes and festive Halloween gear.
• Finisher Medals: Participants will receive a finisher medal (first 250).
• T-shirts: Haunted Hustle T-shirt (sizes and supplies may not be guaranteed after 10/1 registration).
• Prizes: Awards for top 3 male and female racers, with additional costume prizes!

⏰ Timing & Regulations

• Timing: Professional timing provided by Pretzel City Sports.
• USATF Certified: The race is USATF certified.
• Rain or Shine: The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
• Course Completion: All runners/walkers must complete the course by 10 AM.

💰 Entry Fees

$50 Adults (13 and over) & $25 Child (12 and under)

🗓️ Schedule

• Check-in & Late Registrations: 7:30-8:45 AM
• Stretch/Warm-up: 8:30 AM
• Race Start: 9 AM
• Awards: 10 AM

🎉 After Party

Celebrate your run with us! Participants over 21 will receive one free drink ticket from Second Sin Brewery (5 minute walk from the start/finish line). From 10 AM-1 PM, 10% of purchases will go back to the NR2F1 Foundation.

🚗 Parking

Limited parking on-site. Arrive early! S. Chancellor St, Washington Ave, and Lincoln Ave may have street parking. More details to come (follow @newtownhauntedhustle5k on Instagram).

🌟 Beneficiary

ALL proceeds from this event will benefit the NR2F1 Foundation (nr2f1.org) which empowers families and individuals with rare NR2F1 variants through education, advocacy, and research. This is an ultra-rare genetic disorder characterized by autistic features, intellectual disabilities, visual impairments, and more.
