RYR Endurance Team is excited about our inaugural race weekend hosted in the small river town of Owensboro, KY. The weekend will offer a marathon on both Saturday and Sunday.

📅 Race Details

• Certification: Both marathons will be on the same USATF-certified course and are Boston Qualifiers.
• Saturday Marathon: Designed for those who want to complete the marathon but aren't concerned with BQ qualifying times.
• Environmental Atmosphere: This race will be open to more athletes and be a more congested race - with lots of athletes enjoying the race.
• Sunday Marathon: Designed for those athletes desiring a personal best or trying to BQ.

🏅 Additional Events

• Registration Limit: Registration for the Sunday marathon will be limited to ensure a better experience.
• Nutritional Support: Tables will be set up for athletes to stage their individual nutrition needs.
• Race Traffic: Less race traffic to navigate on Sunday for a more focused race experience.
• Other Events: RYR Endurance Team will also host a 5K, half marathon, and 50K on Saturday and a 10K on Sunday.

🌳 Course Information

• Scenic Route: The courses for all races are on a scenic, asphalt greenway, offering shade and a couple of small lake views.
• Multi-loop Design: Each race is a multi-loop course making it very spectator friendly and easy to navigate.
• Course Characteristics: The course is fast and flat!
• Start/Finish Location: The start and finish are at Horse Fork Creek Park with a playground and soccer fields.
