Slidell Food & Fun Fest

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Come and join us the morning of Saturday, October 18, 2025, for Slidell's oldest 5K and 1 mile races. Held as part of the Slidell Food & Fun Fest weekend at St. Margaret Mary Church, this annual event is open to participants of all ages.

⏱️ Race Timing

All registered participants will be chip timed.

🚶‍♀️ Participation Details

• 1 Mile Event: Runners and walkers are welcome.
• 5K Event: Only participants likely to complete a 5K in 50 minutes or less should register.
• Back to Back: The 5K and 1 mile events are run back to back: a participant may not register for both events.
• Age Requirement: Children 4 and under need not register, but they may.

🚸 Registration Notes

Unregistered children will not receive a race bib, are not entitled to any race awards or giveaways, and will not be chip timed.

Persons 5 and over who are not registered are not considered race participants and will not be allowed on the courses during the races.
