Super Hero 5K/Kids Fun Run/Walk

🗓️ Schedule of Events

SHIRTS NOT GUARANTEED AFTER 10/18/2024

• 5K Race: 7:30 a.m.- 8:45 a.m.
• Kids Fun Run: 9:00 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. (FREE FOR CHILDREN)
• Registration Details: 5K Early Bird Entry Fee: $25, After September 1st: $35
• Event Date: The Super Hero 5K/Kids Fun Run/Walk will be held on September 27, 2025.

🎖️ Prizes and Participation

• Prizes: Awarded to the overall male and female winner in each age division.
• KIDS FUN RUN: (1/2 mile) is FREE but limited to the first 200 kids.
• Registration: Advanced online registration required for Kids Fun Run.
• Incentives: Participants will receive a T-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a chance to win a new bike and a $500 wellness grant for their school.

🚶‍♂️ Super Hero Walk

• Event Motivation: Join us for the Super Hero Walk supporting cancer survivors!
• Check-In: 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
• Ceremony: Super Hero Ceremony begins at 10:30 a.m. and the walk starts at 11:00 a.m.
• Team Participation: Teams can walk in honor or memory of loved ones: $25 per team member.

🏅 Fundraising Opportunities

• Team Fundraising: Teams are encouraged to raise $500 to support the cancer center.

📅 Packet Pickup Information

• Location: Owensboro Healthpark, 1006 Ford Ave, Owensboro, KY 42303 US
• Packet Pickup Date & Time: November 1st, 2024, from 11:00 am CDT - 1:00 pm CDT and 4:00 pm CDT - 6:00 pm CDT
• Race Day Pickup: 6:30 am CDT - 7:15 am CDT
• Description: Race Packet Pick-up Dates & Times in the Healthpark Lobby.

🏆 Awards Categories

• Age Categories: Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place Male and Female in several age categories.
• Categories: 14 and under, 15 – 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
• Overall Winners: The overall Male and Female winners will be pulled from their age category and awarded separately.
