Windermere 5K/10K Run Among the Lakes

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Experience one of Florida's most beautiful and unique 5K Run/Walk and 10K Run events taking place in the Town of Windermere. The scenic run traverses the dirt roads of Windermere, passing under a canopy of century-old oaks and alongside several lakes. This family-friendly event benefits the Town of Windermere Parks and Recreation.

👶 Kids Run

• Cost: Free for children aged 7 and younger.
• Registration: No registration required.
• T-shirt: Kids Run participants will not receive an event t-shirt.

👕 Participant Gifts

• T-shirt: All runners will receive a custom t-shirt.
• Medal: Each runner will also receive a unique commemorative finisher medal.
• Size Guarantee: To guarantee your correct t-shirt size, you must register before September 2nd, 2024.
• Capacity: Registration is capped at 1200 runners/walkers and this race will fill up!

🏆 Awards

Awards are given to the Top 3 Overall Male & Female, Male Masters & Female Masters. Age group awards are given in 10-year increments for both the 5K and 10K. Each participant is eligible for only one award.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up will take place on:

• Thursday & Friday: 10/3/2024 and 10/4/2024 - 3pm - 6pm.
• Saturday: 10/5/2024 - 6am - 7:30am at Windermere Town Hall, 520 Main Street, Windermere, FL 34786. Phone 407-876-2563 x5321.

Packets, medals, and awards may be picked up at Windermere Town Office, 614 Main Street, Windermere, FL for 2 weeks AFTER the event.
