Purpose of the Event

• Annual Charity Race: Join us for our 4th annual charity race that brings awareness to Pregnancy, Infant, and Child Loss Awareness Month.
• Support for Families: Directly supports those who have experienced the unimaginable loss of a loved one.
• Celebrating Resilience: A celebration of resilience, compassion, solidarity, and to remember all those who left us far too soon.
• Funding Support: All funds raised will support the Chasing Rainbows Foundation.

Funding Initiatives

• Free Grief Counseling: All proceeds raised will go directly towards free grief counseling for OBX families.
• Grief Support Toolkits: Support toolkits for those recently experiencing loss.
• Safe Space Creation: Creating an online and in-person safe space for families to connect and share their stories.
• Support for Families: The Chasing Rainbows Foundation offers support to mothers and families affected by pregnancy and infant loss.

In Memory of B.B. Collins

• Foundation Origin: Chasing Rainbows was created in memory of my son, B.B. Collins, who passed in 2019.
• Mission: Ensuring that no one faces their grieving journey alone.
• Honoring Memory: Join us to honor the memory of B.B. and all those we’ve lost.
• Community Engagement: Lace up your sneakers, join our community, and let your steps echo the stories of strength and hope.
