TCRR Club Championship 7M & 5k

Event Details

The TCRR Club Championship 7M & 5k will take place on December 13, 2025, at 11301 Johnson Road, Petersburg, VA.

Course Information

• Seven Mile Race: Starts at 8:30 AM, it’s a mostly flat, fast course starting at Richard Bland College & loops around the countryside on hard surface roads, returning to Richard Bland College for the finish.
• 5k Run: Starts at 10:00 AM, it’s an out & back with a loop around the RBC Gazebo.
• Double Race Option: You also have the option of running both races if you can complete the 7 mile race in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Start Times: EVERYBODY RUNNING THE 5K MUST START AT 10 AM!

Awards

• Eligibility: Only TCRR club members in good standing are eligible for awards.
• 7 Mile Awards: Trophies to the first overall male and female finishers.
• 5k Awards: Trophies for the overall male and female finishers.
• Finisher Recognition: Ribbons to top 3 finishers in each age group for the 7 Miler and 5k: trophies to the top 3 who run both races: special finisher’s medal for running both races.

Age Groups

• Categories: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19.
• Five Year Increments: 20-24 thru 65-69, 70+.

Registration

• Single Race: 7 Miler OR 5k: Club Members - $5 before Nov. 30th: $10 after. Non-members - $10.
• Double Race: 7 Miler AND 5k: Club Members - $15 before Nov 30th: $20 after. Non-members - $20.
• Discount: Discount will automatically be applied for TCRR members.

Race Day Information

• Registration: Race day registration will start at 7:00 AM. Runners may join TCRR on race morning.
• Shirts: Long sleeved Club Championship T-shirts will be available for sale on race day.
• Food & Beverages: Food and beverages will be served following the race. Bring your favorite dish to share.
• Membership Meeting: A General Membership meeting will also be held for the election of next year’s Board of Directors.
