🏃‍♂️ EVENT DETAILS:

• Date: Saturday, March 28th
• Organizers: Suffolk County Council of Boy Scouts of America and the Andrew McMorris Foundation
• Purpose: To raise funds for Scholarships and Scouterships
• Background: Andrew McMorris tragically lost his life due to a drunk driver in 2018, and this event celebrates his life.

🏅 RACE INFO:

• Unique Opportunity: Run or walk the runway in Andrew's honor.
• Course: Fast and flat, ideal for personal best times.
• Start Times: Fun Run Starts at 8:30am, 5K Starts at 9:00am
• Refreshments: Available for all finishers!

🗺️ From Points West:

Take Long Island Expressway to William Floyd Parkway Exit 68. Head north on William Floyd Parkway. Exit for Route 25 East (Middle Country Road), Calverton Executive Park on Right Hand side. Make Right at traffic light to enter Calverton Enterprise Park. Make left onto runway and follow signs to parking.

🗺️ From Points East:

Take Long Island Expressway to Exit for Route 25 East (Middle Country Road), Calverton Executive Park on Left hand side. Make light at traffic light to enter Calverton Enterprise Park. Make left onto runway and follow signs to parking.

📝 REGISTRATION:

• Pre-Registration: Pickup Friday Night 3/27 from 4pm-7pm ON THE RUNWAY!
• On-Site Registration: Opens at 7:30am
• 5K Registration Fee: $30 with shirt guaranteed if registered by March 18th, $35 Day-of
• Fun Run Fee: $15 with shirt guaranteed if registered by March 18th, $20 Day-of

🏆 Awards:

Top three male and female finishers overall. Top three (3) males and females in the following age groups: 1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+.

🌐 VIRTUAL 5K:

• Fee: $30 with shirt guaranteed if registered by March 18th.
• Eligibility: Virtual runners not eligible for awards.
• Run Anytime: You may run your race anywhere and post results by March 30th.
• How to Download Bib: Instructions provided for virtual runners.
