🏃♂️ EVENT OVERVIEW
Date: On Saturday, March 29th, the Suffolk County Council of Boy Scouts of America and the Andrew McMorris Foundation will host the 4th Annual Andrew’s Top Gun Run to raise funds for Scholarships and Scouterships.
Background: In September of 2018, Boy Scout Troop 161 was involved in a tragic accident that claimed the life of 12-year-old Andrew McMorris.
Legacy: We celebrate Andrew's life and love of aviation and scouting.
🏁 RACE INFORMATION
Run/Walk: Participants will have the unique opportunity to run or walk the runway in Andrew's honor.
Course: This is going to be a fast and flat run, perfect for a personal best time!
Start Time: 5K starts at 9:00am, Fun Run starts at 8:30am.
Finishers: Refreshments for all finishers!

From Points West: Take Long Island Expressway to William Floyd Parkway Exit 68. Head north on William Floyd Parkway, exit for Route 25 East (Middle Country Road), make right at traffic light to enter Calverton Enterprise Park, and follow signs to parking.
From Points East: Take Long Island Expressway to Route 25 East (Middle Country Road). Enter Calverton Enterprise Park at the traffic light, and follow signs to parking.
🏆 Awards and Amenities
5K Awards: Top three male and female finishers overall, plus age group awards.
Amenities: Chip-timed event, t-shirts guaranteed for participants who register by March 19th!
Fun Run: Open to children 12 and under with a special prize for participants.
💲 ENTRY FEES
5K: $30 with event shirt guaranteed if registered by March 19th, $35 Day-of.
Fun Run: $15 with event shirt guaranteed if registered by March 19th, $20 Day-of.
Virtual 5K: $30 with event shirt guaranteed if registered by March 19th. Virtual runners are not eligible for awards.

Run Anywhere: You may run your race at your own convenience and post results anytime by March 30th.
Online Results: Upload your results and photos on the race website.
