Participation Details
- 5K Participants: All 5K participants also get an Old College Tri shirt.
- Team Competition: Teams for male, female, and coed. This is not a relay: total times for swim, bike, and run determine the winning team.
- Awards: Teams will compete for trophies, but individual participants are still eligible for overall and age group awards.
- 40 Yard Dash: There will be a sprint champion in each age group with first place trophies.

- School Pride: Join fellow alumni from numerous colleges including A&M, TCU, Texas, and others, and bring your college gear!
- Swim Course: The swim will take place in the Lazy River: swim distance is 245 yards.

- Fun Factor: Expect a fun and exciting atmosphere as participants bring their best competition and college pride!
Weather Policy
- Inclement Weather: Start time may be delayed by up to 1 hour in case of bad weather.
- Course Alterations: The event course may be shortened or altered for safety reasons.
- Cancellation: If conditions become unsafe, the event may be cancelled at the discretion of the Race Director.
- Safety First: We aim to produce a safe event, and sometimes adjustments are necessary due to weather.
