Run Like Kat

Race Overview

The 5K run/1-mile walk “Run Like Kat” Road Race is an opportunity to bring our community together to remember Katarina “Kat” Boskovic, honor her legacy and celebrate her many incredible, positive qualities.

Kat's Attributes

• Kindness: Kat was incredibly kind.
• Inclusivity: She was inclusive and funny.
• Positive Outlook: Kat had a unique ability to always see the good in people.
• Impact: The sadness and impact of her loss remain but Be Like Kat (Kat Boskovic Memorial Fund) will allow her legacy to positively affect our community.

Kat’s Legacy

Kat was a superb student athlete, mentor and youth track coach, yet above all, she adored her family and was a loving, loyal, and genuine friend who touched so many lives.

While we should all aspire to Be Like Kat, let’s honor her on Friday, 11/27 and together Run Like Kat!

• Location: Fleet Feet Longmeadow, 680 Bliss Rd, Longmeadow, MA 01106
• Time: 12:00 - 6:00 PM

Race Day Details

• Date: November 27, 2026
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Cost: $30 (Increases to $35 on November 24th)
• Check-In: Opens at 8:30 AM

Proceeds and Fund Management

ALL PROCEEDS will go to Be Like Kat, Inc. For those unable to attend in person or virtually, donations can be made by clicking on the donate button above.

Be Like Kat, Inc. is managed by a committee including the Boskovic family, community members, and Kat’s peers. Be Like Kat serves to support causes, projects, and purposes chosen by the board as appropriate reflections of Kat’s life, her spirit & her kindness. Donations/contributions to this fund are tax-deductible. The Boskovic Family will be notified of gifts made to this fund unless noted as anonymous.
