Individual Competition

• Participation: Sign up to participate as an individual.
• Age Groups: We will have age groups in 5 year increments.
• Overall Awards: Eligible for overall and age group awards.
• Start Time: Race begins at 6:45 a.m. Transitions open at 5:45 a.m.

Team Competition

• Divisions: Three divisions – male, female, and coed.
• Format: Each team member will do all three components of the Sprint Tri.
• Total Time: Overall race times of the three team members will determine a final team time.
• Awards: Lowest total time in their division will win team trophies.

3 Person Relay Competition

• Divisions: Three divisions – male, female, and coed.
• Format: Each Relay member will complete one component of the Sprint Tri.
• Total Time: Three times will be added together to determine a final time.
• Awards: Lowest combined time in their division will win the relay competition.

5K Race

• Open to: Both runners and walkers.
• Start Time: Starts at 7:15 a.m.
• Awards: Overall and age group awards will be given out for the 5K.
• Distance: 5K is 3.1 miles.

Race Details

• Event Production: Dallas Athletes Racing will produce the event.
• Distances: Pool Swim - 200 yards, Bike - 10.1 miles, Run - 3.1 miles.
• Beneficiary: Profits will benefit the TWU soccer team.
• Participant Gear: Competitors receive a tech shirt, socks, and finisher's medal.

Post-Race Celebration

• Food & Drink: Free food and drink, including Dallas Athletes Racing pancakes.
• Awards Ceremony: Awards and giveaways will be part of the celebration.
• Vendor Booths: Various vendors will be present.
• Community Spirit: Over 4,000 athletes have participated in previous events.
