Individual Competition

3 Person Relay Competition

• Format: Each member completes one component of the Sprint Tri
• Combined Time: The three times added to determine the winner
• Eligibility: Relay teams also compete for overall and age group awards

5K Event

• Nature: Open to both runners and walkers
• Start Time: 7:15 a.m.
• Awards: Overall and age group awards will be given
• Distance: 3.1 miles

Event Logistics

• Transition Times: Opens at 5:45 a.m., closes at 6:45 a.m.
• Race Producer: Dallas Athletes Racing
• Past Events: Known for St. Patrick's Day, Caveman, TexasMan, Disco, and Monster triathlons

  • Pool Swim - 200 yards
  • Bike - 10.1 miles
  • Run - 3.1 miles
