Important Registration Deadline

• Deadline: Sign up at the current price is Wednesday March 19th!
• Day-of Registration: Offered Saturday morning.
• Pricing: $55 for the 5K and $25 for the 1-mile after March 19th.
• Payment Options: Cash, check, or online registration accepted.

Event Overview

• Event: 4th Annual "Colors for Children's" 5k and Fun Run hosted by Auburn High School Key Club!
• Date: Saturday, March 28th, 2026.
• Location: Auburn High School, 1701 East Samford Avenue, Auburn, AL.
• Cause: Supports the Children's Hospital of Alabama.

Race Activities

• 5K Race: Lace up your shoes and hit the pavement for a worthy cause.
• 1-Mile Fun Run: A family-friendly activity for all ages.
• Community Spirit: Experience picturesque views and uplifting community vibes.
• Support Elsewise: Donations accepted through the run signup link for those unable to attend.

Race Participant Information

• Event Start Times: Safety Brief at 7:55 a.m., 1 Mile Fun Run at 8:00 AM, 5K at 8:30 AM.
• Location: Near the start line in the parking lot in front of the AHS baseball field.
• Parking: On-campus parking in the Blue Lot: avoid the athletic building lot.
• Guidance: Key Clubbers, signs, and arrows will direct you to race areas.

Race Packet Pickup

• Pickup Timing: Begins at 7:15 a.m., closing 10 minutes before the race.
• Location: Outside the athletic building across from the baseball/softball fields.
• Race-Day Registrations: Registration at the table for cash, check, or online payments.
• Early-Bird Pickup: Available on Friday, March 26th from 8:15 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Race Details

• Proper Bib Attachment: Use all 4 safety pins for proper attachment of your bib.
• Race Characteristics: Both the 1-mile and 5K are color runs with washable colored powder.
• Open Course: Participants advised to use sidewalks and be aware of surroundings.
• Course Maps: Attached for each event reference.
