Event Overview

• Host: The Dancing Lights of Christmas and Fleet Feet Mt Juliet/Nashville.
• Experience: Enjoy all the magic of the dancing lights in this family-friendly 5K Fun Walk/Run.
• Lights: Run amidst 2 million lights, timed to all your holiday favorites.
• Finish: The race will end at Santa's Village for some hot chocolate and goodies.

Schedule

• Santa's Village: Opens at 4 pm.
• Event Start: Officially begins at 7 pm with the race starting shortly after.
• Arrival: Please be parked and in the starting corral by 7 pm.
• Traffic: Due to the number of participants, plan for parking delays.

Registration Information

• Early Registration: September 1 - September 30: $40 ages 13 & up: $30 for ages 6-12: kids 5 & under are free (no sweatshirt).
• Regular Registration: October 1 - November 5: $45 ages 13 & up: $35 for ages 6-12: kids 5 & under are free (no sweatshirt).
• Hoodies: Logo'd event hoodies are available on a First Come, First Serve basis.
• Sizes: Select a size during registration: once out of stock, only "No Sweatshirt" will be available.

Course Information

• Strollers: Not recommended: the course is not fully paved (largely gravel).
• Children: Must stay with parents at all times.
• Re-entry: After completing your race, you cannot re-enter the course.
• Timing: This is an un-timed fun run: a rolling clock will be available at the finish line.

Pet Policy

• Pets: Not permitted on the course due to safety concerns.
• Safety: The race takes place after dark, prioritizing runner safety.

Packet Pickup

• Location: Fleet Feet Mt. Juliet - 630 S. Mt. Juliet Rd., Mt. Juliet TN.
• Dates: Sunday, November 1: 12:30pm-4:30pm: Monday, November 2: 10:30am-6:30pm: Tuesday, November 3: 10:30am-6:30pm: Wednesday, November 4: 8am-6:30pm: Thursday, November 5: 8am-6:30pm: Friday, November 6: 9am-3pm.
• Race Day: No registration or packet pickup at the event.
• Advance Pickup: Please arrange to pick up your packet prior to the run.

• Cancellations: In the event of weather cancellation, entry fees will be considered donations. No refunds will be issued.
