Join us at Spring Hill in South Berwick, Maine for the 20th anniversary of the Pumpkinman Triathlon Festival — voted Best Race in New England, Most Scenic Course, Best Swag, and Best Beginners Race.
Race Distances
- Sprint Triathlon: .3 mile swim | 15 mile bike | 5K run
- Olympic Triathlon: .9 mile swim | 25 mile bike | 10K run
- Olympic Aqua Bike: .9 mile swim | 25 mile bike
- Start Time: All races start at 7:00 AM at Spring Hill. Olympic athletes go first, followed by Sprint.

The Course
Experience Maine's beautiful back roads and the seacoast's best scenery. The course includes a legendary 250-meter hill climb from the water exit to bike transition.

Proceeds from the Pumpkinman Triathlon Festival support the Marshwood Education Foundation, helping to provide grants that enrich student education.
Race Both Days
Challenge athletes can race on both Saturday and Sunday and receive exclusive one-of-a-kind swag.
