Join us for the 20th anniversary of the Pumpkinman Triathlon and Running Festival in beautiful, scenic Southern Maine! Located at Spring Hill, 117 Pond Rd., South Berwick, Maine!

• Sprint: .3 mile swim, 15 mile bike, 5k run
• Olympic: .9 mile swim, 25 mile bike, 10k run
• Olympic Aquabike: .9 mile swim, 25 mile bike...DONE!
• Relays: Available for both Sprint and Olympic events!

Race in one of the 6 unique running distances. All events except the One Mile Fun Run include a ticket to the all new Harvest Brunch! This brunch will be different from the Saturday brunch!
