• Virtual Option: Ferguson associates, family, and friends can run or walk wherever they are during Thanksgiving week
• Race Shirt: All virtual registrants will receive a Fast Before the Feast race shirt in December
• In-Person Option: Associates can also register for the in-person Fast Before the Feast 5K in Newport News, VA
• Contribution: Every virtual registration contributes to families facing food insecurity
