Howdy, partner! Saddle up and get ready for the wildest race in Texas—the Rodeo Stampede! This ain't your average foot race: it’s a full-blown adventure through the stunning parks and greenbelts of the Lone Star State. Whether you're a seasoned rodeo pro or just looking to kick up some dust, we’ve got a race distance that’ll fit your fancy:

• 1 Mile: Perfect for all ages and experience levels.
• 5K: A thrilling course at 3.11 miles.
• Quarter Marathon: A challenging 6.55 miles.
• Half Marathon: A mighty 13.1 miles.

This ain’t just about runnin'—it's about celebrating Texas style! Our race is set to be the best rodeo race in the state, featuring the coolest swag you’ve ever seen:

• Belt Buckle Medal: All finishers will receive a super cool Belt Buckle medal that doubles as a genuine belt buckle.
• Custom Shirt: You’ll score a custom Rodeo Stampede shirt that’s as comfy as a pair of old cowboy boots.
• Age Group Awards: Trophies will be handed out to the fastest overall male and female in each event.
• DJ Entertainment: DJ Sasquatch will be spinning the hottest hits!

👶 Kids Dash

Got little cowpokes aged 10 and under? They won’t want to miss our Kids Dash! They’ll get to experience the thrill of crossing the finish line with the Bigfoot Crew cheering them on.

🥳 Cowboy Costume Contest

Get ready to strut your stuff at our Cowboy Costume Contest! Dress up as your finest cowboy or cowgirl:

• One Lucky Winner: Only one winner will take home the prize!
• Amazing Prizes: The winner will receive a free entry to a future Bigfoot race, the coveted "Rodeo Runslinger" trophy, and a Bigfoot prize pack.
• Crowd Favorites: Rally your friends for support: the winner will be chosen by audience cheers.
• Think Outside the Box: Channel a classic cowboy, cowgirl, or another wild west legend!

Join in all the festivities you have come to expect from a Bigfoot Running Company event:

• Medals and Shirts: All finishers of all distances will receive a medal and shirt.
• Pricing: Youth-based pricing for the 5k & 10K - 12 & Under are only $15!
• Referral Bonus: Participants will receive a $20 refund if they refer 5 others.
• Group Discounts: Join as a group and receive special group discounts!

• 7:30-8:45am: Packet Pickup
• 8:50am: Costume Contest
• 8:55am: Kids Dash
• 9:00am: National Anthem and Race Start!

🚀 Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer then Run includes a custom chip timed bib and a soft tee! Here are the cool roles you can take on:

• Water Station: Ensure water cups are filled and cheer on runners.
• Course Monitors: Assist with participant safety and cheer them on.
• Finish Line Helper: Support the Race Director with finish line tasks.
• Bigfoot Mascot: Be the center of attention and provide high-fives!

🌧️ Weather Policy

Bigfoot races proceed rain, shine, hot or cold. Packet pickup is always offered for 1.5 hours before the event start time.
