Registration Timeline
In-Person 5K Registration
- Early Bird Price: $20 – available through July 31st
- 1st Price Increase: $22 – August 1st to August 21st
- 2nd Price Increase: $25 – August 22nd to September 12th (7:30 AM)
- Shirt Option: Add a shirt for an additional $15; deadline is August 17, 2026
Note: All in-person participants receive a finisher medal!
Virtual 5K Registration
- Cost: $25 – available through September 12th (7:30 AM)
- Inclusions: Race entry and shipping fee for finisher medal
- Shirt Option: Add a shirt for an additional $15; deadline is August 17, 2026
- Availability: Extra shirts will be sold on race day while supplies last
Race Day Schedule
- 7AM - 7:45AM: On-site registration and packet pickup
- 8:00AM: Race time start
- 9:00AM: Post-race celebration and awards
- 11:00AM: Event officially ends
*Rain or shine we will have the 5K Scholarship Run/Walk. No refunds will be given. Safety decisions will be at the race director's discretion.
Important Info
- Parking: Free at Lot 34 and the West Campus Garage
- Snacks: Provided for participants only
- Prizes: After the race for overall male/female
- Pets: Not allowed per UTA campus policy
Shirt Information
- Deadline: Order by August 17, 2026, for guaranteed size
- Registration: After the deadline, shirts cannot be added
- Extra Shirts: Sold on race day on a first-come, first-served basis
