Halloween Scavenger Hunt Fun Run

Halloween Scavenger Hunt Fun Run

Join us on 2026-10-29 at 135 N. Loudoun Street, Winchester, VA for an exciting Halloween-themed fun run! Frederick County Parks and Recreation is partnering with Runners' Retreat to add a fun twist to the traditional Thursday evening group runs.

The Halloween Scavenger Hunt Fun Run is a great way to celebrate the spooky season while getting some exercise. Participants of all ages will run or walk while searching for Halloween-themed items along the way. Teams will have one hour to run around, find, and take photos of items before returning to Runners’ Retreat. After the hunt, join us for a social gathering at Manolete's where we will announce the winning team who will receive a prize!
