Amerman Fall Family Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Join us for the Amerman Fall Family Run! We invite the entire family to run or walk a 1 mile course that starts and ends at the school. The race will be professionally timed, with live results and awards. The event will take place on Saturday, November 8th at 10:00am.

🎉 Themed Event

• Theme: This year's theme is GAME ON MILE.
• Post-Race: We'll have hot chocolate, snacks, and water after the race.
• Partnership: This is a PTA sponsored event: however, we are not fundraising, instead partnering with a local charity to raise money for their non-profit organization.

💰 Pricing

• Ages 13+: $15 until 11/07, $20 on race day.
• Ages 12 and under: $10, $15 on race day.
• Registration: Online only through the Run Sign up page.

🎽 Race Swag

• Included: Entry fee includes a fun race swag item, custom race bib, hot chocolate with yummy fixings, and a light snack.
• T-Shirts: Can be purchased for an additional $10 during registration.
• Availability: Shirts will be available in both youth and adult sizes until October 26th.
• Limited Stock: Limited t-shirts available for purchase after 10/26.

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Awards for the fastest Male and Female ages 13 and older.
• Under 12: Awards for the fastest Male and Female ages 12 and under.

🏃‍♀️ Course Details

• Start Location: The 1 mile run/walk will start at the back of the school near the playground.
• Route: Course is an out and back on the sidewalk towards the Football Field and Hillside Plateau.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: Friday, November 7th after school from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
• Race Day: Packet pickup on race day morning starting at 9:00 am.

⏰ Schedule

• Start Time: The 1 mile run/walk will start at 10:00 am.
• Participants: Runners and walkers will start together: runners in front, walkers in the back.

📊 Results

• Text Updates: You'll receive a text shortly after you cross the line with your results.
• QR Codes: We will post QR codes at the event for real-time results access.

🤝 Volunteers

If you are interested in volunteering for the event, click HERE for available opportunities. We need help at early packet pickup, race day packet pickup and registration, handing out awards, refreshments, and course marshals.

💖 Proceeds

Proceeds from this event will cover our costs, with a portion going back to the Amerman PTA and a portion to our charity partner. During registration, you'll have the opportunity to make an extra donation to our charity partner.
