🏃‍♂️ Description

• Course: Out and back course on Corryton-Luttrell Road (USATF certification 8 Mile TN15044MS, 4 Mile TN24019MS, 2 Mile TN16052MS).

📅 Race Day Activities

• Check-In: All participants must be checked in before 8:15 AM.
• Registration: 7:00-8:15 AM Eastern Time for all races, no early packet pickup date.
• Race Starts: 8 miler at 8:30 AM, 4 miler at 8:40 AM, 2 miler at 8:50 AM.
• Awards: 2 mile at 9:45 AM, 4 mile at 10:10 AM, 8 mile at 10:40 AM.

🏅 Awards

• 8-Miler: Top 3 M/F Overall Finisher, Top M/F Master, Grandmaster, and Veteran Finisher. Age group awards and participation medals.
• 4-Miler: Top 3 M/F Overall Finisher, Top M/F Master, Grandmaster, and Veteran Finisher. Age group awards and participation medals.
• 2-Miler: Top 3 M/F Overall Finisher and participation medals. Age group awards.
• Team Awards: Fastest team award plaque (requires 4 members) for all distances.

💰 Registration and Fees

• 8 Mile: $30 Adults/$25 Children under age of 19 by October 13: $35 Adults/$25 Children after: Day of Race $40 Adults/$30 Children.
• 4 Mile: $30 Adults/$25 Children under age of 19 by October 13: $35 Adults/$30 Children after: Day of Race $40 Adults/$35 Children.
• 2 Mile: $30 Adults/$25 Children under age of 19 by October 13: $35 Adults/$30 Children after: Day of Race $40 Adults/$35 Children.
• Virtual 2 Mile: Same as in-person registration fees.

🎽 What You Will Receive

• Timing: Chip timed bib for traditional race.
• T-shirt: Long sleeve 50/50 blend: no guarantee after October 1st.
• Pickup: Shirts and awards must be picked up in person on race morning before 10:30 AM.

📦 Packet Pickup

• T-Shirt and Bib: Available on race morning (October 25) from 7:00-8:35 AM.

🚦 Race Etiquette

• Traffic: Roads along the route open to traffic with major intersections monitored.
• Restrictions: No roller blades, bicycles, or dogs on the course: headphones discouraged.
• Strollers: Allowed on the 2 mile only, behind runners and walkers.
