RACE DAY ACTIVITIES

• Registration Times: 8 mile: 7:00-8:15 AM, 4 mile: 7:00-8:25 AM, 2 mile: 7:00-8:35 AM
• Start Times: 8 mile at 8:30 AM, 4 mile at 8:40 AM, 2 mile at 8:50 AM
• Awards Schedule: 2 mile awards at 9:45 AM, 4 mile awards at 10:10 AM, 8 mile awards at 10:40 AM
• Course Closure: All courses close at 10:30 AM

AWARDS

• 8-Miler Awards: Top 3 M/F Overall, Master, Grandmaster, Veteran, and age group awards.
• 4-Miler Awards: Similar categories as the 8-Miler
• 2-Miler Awards: Top 3 M/F Overall and age group awards.
• Team Awards: Fastest team plaque for each race (requires 4 members)

REGISTRATION AND FEES

• 8 Mile: $30 Adults/$25 Children (by October 11), $35 Adults/$25 Children (after October 12), Day of Race $40 Adults/$30 Children
• 4 Mile: Same as 8 Mile structure
• 2 Mile: Same as 8 Mile structure
• Registration Deadline: Prices increase after October 11

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

• Chip Timed Bib: Traditional race format
• Event T-shirt: 50/50 blend short sleeve, limited sizes after October 1
• Shirt Pickup: Must be picked up on race morning before 10:30 AM
• No Shipping: No shirts or awards will be mailed

PACKET PICKUP

• Location: Race morning (October 24)
• Time: 7:00 AM until 15 minutes before each event start time
• Events: 8 miler (8:15 AM), 4 miler (8:25 AM), 2 miler (8:35 AM)

RACE ETIQUETTE

• Course Safety: Roads open to traffic, major intersections monitored
• Prohibited Items: Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed
• Headphones: Discouraged for safety
• Strollers: Allowed in 2 mile only, placed behind runners and walkers
