🏃‍♂️ Description

• Course: Out and back course on Corryton-Luttrell Road (USATF certification 8 Mile TN15044MS, 4 Mile TN24019MS, 2 Mile TN16052MS).
• View Certifications: Click 8 miler to view the USATF certification for the 8 miler, 4 miler for the 4 miler, and 2 miler for the 2 miler.

🎉 Race Day Activities

• Check-In: All participants must be checked in before 8:15 AM.
• Registration: 7:00-8:15 AM Eastern Time for all races (no early packet pickup).
• Prize Drawings: A drawing for $100 will be after each award ceremony. Everyone who ran in that race is eligible!
• Start Times: 8 mile at 8:30 AM, 4 mile at 8:40 AM, 2 mile at 8:50 AM.

• 8-Miler Awards: Top 3 M/F Overall Finisher, Master, Grandmaster, Veteran Finisher, and participation medal for all finishers.
• 4-Miler Awards: Top 3 M/F Overall Finisher, Master, Grandmaster, Veteran Finisher, and participation medal for all finishers.
• 2-Miler Awards: Top 3 M/F Overall Finisher and participation medal for all finishers.
• Team Awards: Fastest team award plaque (requires 4 members) for all distances.

💳 Registration and Fees

• 8 Mile Fees: $30 Adults/$25 Children under age 19 by October 13. $35 Adults/$25 Children after October 13. $40 Adults/$30 Children on Race Day.
• 4 Mile Fees: Same as 8 Mile.
• 2 Mile Fees: Same as 8 Mile.
• 2 Mile Virtual: Same as 8 Mile.

🎽 What You Will Receive

• Chip Timed Bib: Traditional race chip timed bib.
• Event T-shirt: 50/50 blend short sleeve (guaranteed if registered by October 1st).
• T-shirt Options: No T-shirt Option Deduct $4.00. Adult XXL Add $2.00, Adult XXXL Add $3.00.
• Shirt Pickup: Shirts must be picked up in person Saturday morning before 10:30 AM.

📦 Packet Pickup

• On-Site Pickup: T-shirt and bib available on race morning (October 25) from 7:00-8:35 AM.

⚠️ Race Etiquette

• Course Safety: Roads will be open to traffic, with major intersections monitored by law enforcement.
• Prohibitions: Roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed: headphones are discouraged.
• Strollers: Allowed on 2 mile only, starting behind runners and walkers.
