Run Against Hunger 5K/10K Run & 2mi walk

What

• Event: 2 Mile Walk, 5K Run, 10K Run to benefit the St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen in downtown Scranton.

When

• Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025.
• Time: All races start at 9 AM.

Where

• Location: Lackawanna River Heritage Trail, Olive St. trailhead.

Day of Registration and Packet Pickup

• Time: 7:30 to 8:45 AM.
• Venue: Scranton Half Marathon Pavilion.

Packet Pickup

• Pre-registered Pickup: Friday, November 7, 2025 from 12 to 7 PM.
• Location: Scranton Running Company, 3 West Olive St. Scranton, PA 18508.

Awards

• Overall Awards: Awards will be given to the top overall male and female for both the 5K and 10K run.
• Walker Award: The top overall walker will also receive an award.
• Age Group Awards: Awards will be given to the top two males and females in the age groups for both the 5K and 10K runs:
• Age Groups: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
