2025 IEXC Race Series

🏃‍♂️ Thursdays in August (7th, 14th, 21st, 28th)

📅 Schedule

• 5:00PM - 6:00PM: Same day registration and bib pickup
• 6:00PM: Kid's Fun Runs
• 6:30PM: 5k Cross Country Race

📝 Registration & Bibs

• Open Registration: Registration will remain open right up to the start of the race, although earlier registration is appreciated.
• Payment: Please bring cash if you are planning on same day registration.
• Kids Registration: All participants in the Kids Fun Races are required to complete a registration, although there is no charge.
• Check-in: Athletes will check-in starting at 5:00PM on the day of the race to receive a bib with a pull-off tag.

👶 Kid's Fun Runs

• Age-appropriate Races: There will be three races geared towards our younger participants.
• Distance Options: 50 meter "final stretch", 1/4 mile loop, 1/2 mile loop.
• Finisher Rewards: All participants will receive a ribbon and popsicle at the finish.
• Participation: Parents are welcome to run with their children and spectators are encouraged to cheer.

The Kid's Fun Runs are free!

🌲 5k Cross Country Race

• Course Details: The 5k will take place around Cobb's Hill Park, primarily on grass and trails.
• Course Marking: The course will be marked with brightly colored flags and several marshals will be present.
• Membership Benefits: The 5k races are free to members of the Genesee Valley Harriers club.
• Pricing: $35.00 for all four 5k races (discount applied at check-out) and $10.00 for any single 5k race.

The 5k races are free to all runners under 18 years old.
