⏰ Event Schedule

• Time: 6:30 pm - Check in begins
• 7:00 pm - Survivor/Thriver Photo at the Pink Chair
• 7:30 pm - Opening ceremony, walk to follow
• Note: Strollers and leashed dogs are permitted and must start in the back of the start line.

🎽 Race Details

• Chip Timing: 5K Run/Walk is professionally chip-timed by Beach Bum Timing. There is no time cap.
• Shirt Cutoff: Shirt Cutoff date is: 9/23/2025. Register before 9/23/25 to guarantee a t-shirt.
• Packet Pickup: Early Packet Pickup date/time: October 2, 2025, from 8 am- 6 pm & October 3, 2025 from 8 am - 6 pm at Babcock Ranch Lifestyle Office, 42911 Lake Babcock Drive, Punta Gorda, FL 33982
• Race Day Registration: 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm. 5K cost is $40.00. Only credit cards or Apple Pay. Cash is not accepted.

🏆 Awards

• Awards Ceremony: There will be an in-person awards ceremony. Awards/shirts will NOT be shipped to participants.
• Categories: Overall Awards to the Male & Female finishers in 1st Place Overall, Masters (40+), Grand Masters (50+), Senior Grand Masters (60+), Veteran Grand Masters (70+).
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 M/F finishers in each age category: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, and up to 70+.

🍽️ Post-race Amenities

Post-race refreshments will be served.

• Water Stations: Located at the halfway mark on the course and at the finish line.
• Rest Rooms: Located next to the Start Line.
• Parking: Free parking is available in parking areas near Founder's Square.
