Think you’ve got what it takes to conquer the chaos of carbs and cardio? Welcome to the Banana Cream Dash – a fruity twist on the classic beer mile. Instead of chugging brews, you’ll be downing slices of rich, velvety banana cream pudding between laps.

🏃‍♂️ Race Rules

• Eat: a cup of banana cream pudding.
• Run: a lap.
• Repeat: until you've eaten 4 cups and run 4 laps.
• Warning: Side effects may include sugar comas, whipped cream mustaches, and banana-induced delirium.
