📍 VENUE

Hinson Lake, Rockingham, North Carolina

📜 RULES

• Timing: This event will be electronically timed.
• Bib/Chip: All participants will be issued a bib/chip which must be worn at all times to guarantee that all completed laps and splits are recorded.
• Chute Usage: There will be a chute for runners only: if you will be taking a break, you will be asked to steer clear of the lap counting area.

🏞️ COURSE

• Distance: The course is the 1.5032-mile inner loop that circles the lake.
• Certification: It is a USATF certified course with certification code NC14103DF.
• Surface: Sand/gravel-maintained trail through the woods with 16 small wooden foot bridges.
• Night Markings: The trail will be marked on race day and will use chem-lights at night.

👥 PACERS

In an effort to prevent overcrowding on the trail, all pacers must be registered entrants.

🚗 PARKING

• Emergency Access: Parking along the entrance road will be restricted to the East side only.
• Main Parking: The main parking area at the lodge has limited space and is first come/first serve.
• Alternative Parking: If you are not planning to stay on the trail for the entire 24 hours, please park in the South parking lot or at the Moose Lodge.
• RV Camping: Free RV camping spaces are available at the Moose Lodge, donations are accepted.

⏰ THE START

The event starts at the foot bridge of the dam in the main parking lot. Start time is 8:00 AM.

• 1st Place Overall Male: 24 Hour Participant
• 1st Place Overall Female: 24 Hour Participant
• 1st Place Overall Male: 100/K Participant
• 1st Place Overall Female: 100/K Participant

Participants who surpass 100/K will receive a 100/K medal.

📋 IMPORTANT NOTES

• No Refund Policy: There is a no refund policy. All entries are non-transferrable and there are no deferrals.
• Race Cut-off: Race participant cut-off is 500. You may add your name to a wait list if this number is reached.
• Wait List Activation: Once below 500 entrants, names from the wait list will be activated, allowing 48 hours to register.
• Registration Cancellation: If you cannot attend, please contact us so those on the wait list can participate.
