North Lexington YMCA - Fall Fit Fest

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join the North Lexington YMCA for the 3rd annual Fall Fit Fest fundraising event. This event is free and open to anyone (Y members and non-members) 18+ and is an opportunity to support the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program at the North Lexington YMCA while moving with your favorite group fitness instructors.

🏋️‍♀️ Exercise Pathways

• Options: Participants have three pathways to select from for their exercise experience: general group fitness, water fitness, or chair-based fitness.
• Registration: General group fitness participants will be able to select their starting point during the registration process.

🤝 Fundraising Opportunity

Upon registration, you will have the opportunity to help us fundraise for the event. Start a team, join a team or do it on your own. Move with your family or friends to enhance the lives of local adults living with cancer.

🎶 Group Fitness Path

Group Fitness Path includes a rotation of Cycling, Extreme Hip Hop Step, Impact45, and Booiaka.

💖 Honoring Loved Ones

Those choosing the run-a-thon or chair-based Fit Fest option may memorialize or honor someone they love by decorating their workout area.

⏰ Event Day Details

• Check-in: Arrive 20 mins early to check-in and get to your designated location.
• Activities: Join us for door prizes, refreshments, and lots of moving!
