Race Description
- Overview: The Running of the Leprechauns starts at Oden Brewing in Greensboro, NC and tours the UNCG campus before ending back at Oden Brewing for an early St. Paddy's Leprechaun celebration.
- Timing: This is a chip-timed event and part of The Race Series.
- Participation: All finishers receive series points for participation!
- Fun for Everyone: Not feeling the full 5K? Check out the "Leprechaun Stroll" for a 1.5-mile untimed walk.
Kiddos Welcome
- Leprechaun Kids Dash: A short course designed for youth ages 8 and under, untimed.
- Race Swag: Participants receive a swag bag, race shirt (while supplies last), and one delicious brew.
- Family-Friendly: The event is family/stroller & pet friendly!
- Volunteering: Join the fun by volunteering or come as a spectator!
Best Dressed Leprechaun
- Costume Contest: All are invited to participate: the top leprechaun will receive a gift card to Oden Brewing.
- Dressing Up: Come dressed to impress!
- Signups: Best dressed signups are from 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM on race day ONLY.
- Awards: Judging and awards will take place immediately following the awards ceremony.
