Cannonball Running Festival is the LARGEST celebration of running in our region.

• Full Marathon: A complete marathon experience.
• Half Marathon: Perfect for those seeking a middle ground.
• 10K: A challenging distance for various fitness levels.
• 5K: An ideal race for beginners and families.

🗓️ Event Details

• Date: 2025-10-17
• Location: 3802 Jaycee Park Drive, Greensboro, NC
• Start/Finish: All events take place in Country Park, Greensboro's running Mecca.
• Setting: The gorgeous A & Y greenway in Greensboro, NC and Country Park.

🎉 Race Experience

Whether a veteran to distance running or a relative newbie, this event is a MUST DO for the course, the schwag, the glory, and the PARTY!

• Craft Brews: Local craft breweries pour all day Saturday for participants and spectators.
• Registration Perks: Participants receive two craft brews included with their race registration.
• Charity Support: Funds generated from beer sales go directly to our charity partner, Brenner Children's.
• Celebration: Everyone can enjoy the post-race celebration with live music, awards ceremony, and activities.

🏅 Double Barrel Challenge

What is that challenge? The Double Barrel Challenge!

• Evening Race: The Friday night 5K allows the unique opportunity to race in the evening.
• Challenge Options: Participate in either the 10K, half marathon, or marathon on Saturday.
• Participant Rewards: Receive two shirts, two custom finisher medals, and bonus bling for completing the challenge.
• Bragging Rights: Not to mention extra beer and bragging rights!!!

🎖️ Participant Benefits

• Finishers Medal: All race participants will receive a custom finishers medal.
• T-shirt: A race t-shirt for all participants (Kids dash will not receive a medal or shirt, but their own "goodies").
• Free Photos: Complimentary professional race photos.
• Food and Beer: Food and beer (21 and up) included post-race.
