Join Us for A Star Wars-Themed Charity Run!

Celebrate May the Fourth a little early—on Saturday, May 1, 2027—with our exciting charity race, part of the Fleet Feet Race Series! The event kicks off and wraps up in the parking lot of Lawndale Baptist Church, where you’ll find:

• Tasty snacks:
• Tons of awards: and prizes!

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, remember:
The Force will be with you. Always.

Costumes Encouraged!

Come dressed as your favorite character—there will be Best Costume prizes, selected by our event staff judges. And of course, top finishers will receive awesome race prizes too!

About Glenwood Together:

Glenwood Together is a community organization that seeks to build community and connect neighbors with needed resources in the Glenwood neighborhood of Greensboro, NC. We accomplish this through:

• Dynamic programs: after school & summer
• Fresh produce: & mobile markets
• Resources: & referrals for families in need
• Weekly family dinners: during the school year
• Friendship: and basic need provision for our unhoused neighbors

As a community organization, we know that we cannot do this work alone. We are grateful to our friends at Restoration Place Counseling who have passed this race into our care this year.
