Welcome to the 5th annual Elm Street Athletic Festival! Headlined by a 10 mile grand tour of Greensboro's central boulevard and surrounding neighborhoods.

Beneficiary Information

• Proceeds: A portion of the proceeds benefit a soon to be announced brain cancer foundation.
• Support: The foundation supports our region's brain and spine tumor patients and providers.

Event Activities

• 10 Mile Run: Main event featuring a scenic route through Greensboro.
• 5K Run: A shorter distance option for participants.
• 1 Mile Youth Run: Designed for younger athletes.
• 1 Mile Survivors, Healers and Heroes Walk: For brain tumor patients, families, friends, caretakers, and those walking in remembrance.
