Event Overview

Cannonball Running Festival is the LARGEST celebration of running in our region.

Race Distances

• Options: Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, Kids Dash, and a bonus challenge option.
• Location: The gorgeous A & Y greenway in Greensboro, NC and Country Park.
• Start/Finish: All events take place at Country Park, Greensboro's running Mecca.
• Experience: Perfect for both veterans and beginners in the running community.

Special Features

• Local Craft Breweries: Enjoy craft brews included with race registration for participants and available for spectators.
• Charity Partner: All funds generated from beer sales go directly to our charity partner, Brenner Children's.
• Double Barrel Challenge: Opportunity to race in the evening at the Friday night 5K and participate in either the 10K, half marathon or marathon on Saturday.
• Incentives: Double Barrel Challenge participants receive two shirts, two custom finisher medals, and extra beer.

Post-Race Celebration

• Finisher Medals: All race participants receive a custom finishers medal (Kids dash will not receive a medal or shirt, but their own "goodies").
• T-shirts and Food: Includes t-shirts, food, beer (21 and up), and FREE professional race photos.
• Festivities: Post-race celebration includes live music, an awards ceremony, and various activities for everyone.
• Friends and Family: All can enjoy the celebration and support participants.
