PTI 5k/10k Run on the Runway

The PTI 5k/10k Run on the Runway will take place on March 28, 2026, on the airport’s 9,000-foot parallel runway. This certified run benefits The Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC, Greensboro Urban Ministry, and Open Door Ministries of High Point.

• Open to Everyone: Everyone is invited to run or walk on the runway.
• Ideal Surface: The flat and smooth surface is ideal for achieving a personal best time.
• Accessibility: The course is wheelchair accessible and baby stroller friendly.
• Unique Experience: This event offers a unique opportunity to get a close-up view of the airport and runways, available only once a year.

🚫 Safety Regulations

• Restricted Items: Due to the secure location and safety reasons, bikes, rollerblades, and inline skates are not allowed.
• No Pets: Dogs and other pets are strictly prohibited.
