Spooky Nook Fitness Pump & Run 5k

Event Overview

Join our annual Pump & Run 5K on November 1, 2025! Add a bench press and deduct time from your 5k or participate in the 5k only! Stay for the after party and visit onsite vendors, group fitness classes, and bring a friend for free!!

Registration Fees

• Bench Press + 5K: $50, starts at 8am
• 5K Only: $40, race starts at 9am
• Proceeds: A portion of the proceeds will go directly to the Wounded Warrior Project
• Champion Chase Fun Run: Additional event for kids

Kid Zone Activities

Drop off your kids before the 5k Pump & Run in our Nook Kid Zone (8:00am-10:00am).

• Activities: Games, crafts, and Halloween-themed activities
• Costumes: Costumes are encouraged!

Event Schedule

• 8:00am: Bench Press + 5k
• 9:00am: 5k Only
• 10:00am: Fun Run
