Event Overview

The fall is winding down, and it's time to cash in on all your hard fall training.

For High School Athletes

• Best Time: This is the best time to get a 5k/3k/Mile PR on Milesplit.
• Strategy: Do what the collegians do: finish XC, crush a 3k/5k on the track for a big PR.
• Timing: Then shut down before winter track.

For Sprinters

• Final Time Trial: It’s time for a final time trial before the indoor season starts.
• Fitness Check: Time to check your fitness!

For Adults

• PR Season: It’s PR season for adults.
• Track Time: Jump on a track and get that PR you deserve.
• No Obstacles: Experience the run without any hills or turns.

• 12:35: Heat 1: 5k/3k (Men's seeds 1-16)
• 12:55: Heat 2: 5k/3k (Men's 5000 seeds 17-27 and Men's 3000)
• 1:15: Heat 3: 5k/3k (Men's seeds 29-37, Women's 5000, and Women's 3000)
• 1:40: Heat 1: 500m
• 1:43: Heat 2: 500m
• 1:46: Heat 3: 500m
• 1:49: Heat 4: 500m
• 1:52: Heat 5: 500m
