The fall is winding down, and it's time to cash in on all your hard fall training.
For High School Athletes
- Best Time: This is the best time to get a 5k/3k/Mile PR on Milesplit.
- Strategy: Do what the collegians do: finish XC, crush a 3k/5k on the track for a big PR.
- Timing: Then shut down before winter track.
For Sprinters
- Final Time Trial: It’s time for a final time trial before the indoor season starts.
- Fitness Check: Time to check your fitness!
For Adults
- PR Season: It’s PR season for adults.
- Track Time: Jump on a track and get that PR you deserve.
- No Obstacles: Experience the run without any hills or turns.
