The fall is winding down, and it's time to cash in on all your hard fall training.

🎓 High School Competitors

• Opportunity: For high schoolers, this is the best time to get a 5k/3k/Mile PR on Milesplit.
• Strategy: Do what the collegians do: finish XC, crush a 3k/5k on the track for a big PR, then shut down before winter track.

🏃‍♀️ Sprinter Events

• Final Check: For sprinters, it’s time for a final time trial before the indoor season starts.
• Purpose: Time to check your fitness!

👨‍🦳 Adults’ Race

• PR Season: For adults, it's PR season.
• Environment: Jump on a track and get that PR you deserve without any hills or turns.
