Introducing the Worcester Cinco K!

It’s no secret that Cinco de Mayo is one of the most fun holidays on the calendar – come celebrate it with us at the Inaugural Worcester Cinco (5)K! This festive run/walk will bring the party to the streets of Downtown Worcester on Sunday, May 3, 2026.

And don’t forget the Kids! The Worcester Cinco K event will also include a Kids race open to children 10 and under. Parents are welcome to run with their children.

After the race, it’s time to PARTY! Join us for great drinks, raffle prizes, and more! Location to be announced.

UPGRADE TO THE GREENDALE PHYSICAL THERAPY WORCESTER TRIPLE CROWN

Looking for an extra challenge? Join us for the Inaugural Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown, a 3-Race 5K series that celebrates some of the most fun holidays of the year, including the Worcester Jingle 5K on December 7, 2025, the Guinness Celtic 5K on March 15th, 2026, and concluding with the Worcester Cinco (5)K on Sunday, May 3, 2026!

Participants signing up for the three Triple Crown 5k's will score a Finisher’s Medal at the finish line of the Worcester Cinco K.

To register for the Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown, simply select the 3-Race bundle on any of the race registration sites!

Date: Sunday, May 3, 2026

Time: 9:30am Kids Run // 10am 5K Run/Walk

Location: 446 Main Street, Worcester, MA.

EVENTS

• Kids Dash Run: Approximately 1/2 mile for ages 12 and under. Parents may run with their children. 9:30 am Start Time.
• 5K Run/Walk: 3.1 Miles. As always, walkers are welcome. Please Note: No pets allowed and strollers must start in the back for safety reasons. 10am Start Time.

VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS

If you are participating in the race virtually, we encourage you to pick up your race shirt from us at a Pre-Race Packet Pickup if you are able to. If you cannot make it, we will mail your shirt to the address provided on RunSignUp AFTER race day.

To submit your virtual results, you will head to RunRhody.com and select "Result" from the top navigation menu. From there, select 2025 and the race name, which will bring you to the results page. You will click a button on the top of the page that says "SUBMIT VIRTUAL RESULTS" to submit your time.

Virtual participation DOES count toward any of our race series, including the Run Rhody Grand Slam, the Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown, and the Tour de Patrick series.

• Individual Awards: Top 3 Overall Winners (Under 19), Winners (age 20-29), Winners (age 30-39), Winners (age 40-49), Winners (age 50-59), Winners (age 60-69), Winners (age 70+).
• Individual awards: are scored on gun time.
• Top 3 Boys/Girls: in Kids race.
• Team Award: Prize will be awarded to the top overall team. Top 3 score based on chip time. No limit on Team size. Online entry for Teams only.

• Worcester Cinco (5)K: $33 to 12/31/2025, $35 1/1/2026 to 3/31/2026, $37 4/1/2026 to 5/2/2026, $45 Race Day Walk Up Registration. *Online registration closes at 7p.m. on 5/2/2026. T-Shirts are not guaranteed for walk up registrations.
• Kids Elves Run: Ages 10 and under. Distance approximately 50m for ages 1-5 and 1/2 mile for ages 6-10. Parents may run with their children. $15 to 12/31/2025, $16 1/1/2026 to 3/31/2026, $17 4/1/2026 to 5/3/2026, $20 Race weekend walk up registration.
• Sorry no refunds and no pets allowed.

PACKET PICKUP & ON-SITE REGISTRATION

• Pre-Race Packet Pickup: Saturday, May 2, 2026, 11am – 5pm, Sneakerama, 12 Lake Drive, Worcester, MA.
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Sunday, May 3, 2026, City Hall, Worcester, 8:30am – 10am.
• Walk up registrations will be accepted on Saturday, and Sunday.
• Please Note: Race t-shirts are not guaranteed for walk up registrations on race day.
