Hibernation Hustle 5k Run/Walk

Join the Sun Prairie Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department for the 6th Annual Hibernation Hustle!

🌤️ Race Details

• When: Sunday, February 1, 8 AM
• Where: Cannery Square
• Distance: 5K run or walk: Kids Dash will be ~150 meters
• Shirt Color: Choose a blue or yellow shirt based on whether you think it will be a long winter or an early spring!

🏆 Prizes

Prizes given to the top male, female, and non-binary finishers overall and age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

📝 Registration Information

• Online Registration: Closes on Friday, January 30th at noon.
• Registration Availability: Registration is online only: laptops will be available at pre-registration/packet pick up for participants to register if needed.
• Pricing: Registration price will increase to $35 for the 5k and $12 for the kids dash on the day of the event.
• Payment: Online, credit card payment only. Fees will apply to credit card transactions.

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Date: Saturday, January 31st, 10AM-12PM
• Location: Westside Community Building (2598 W. Main Street, Sun Prairie)
• Race Day Registration: Participants can register on race day from 6:30am-7:30am at City Hall (300 East Main Street).
• City Hall: Right across the street from the start line!

Choose your own prediction for Groundhog Day by picking your shirt! You can make your own prediction by selecting the shirt that matches your prediction! Long winter or early spring! Register by January 12 to guarantee a shirt size and color.
