ICCS Fest and Panther Run

ICCS Panther Run

ICCS PTO will be holding its annual Panther Run/Walk 10k, 5K, and 1-Mile Color Run on Sunday, October 25, 2026. The races and color run will wind through the streets of the beautiful Margaret Place District and along Shell Beach Dr. Please join us and support ICCS whether you run, walk or cheer! Proceeds from this event go to benefit the faculty, staff, and children of ICCS.

Brief Route Description

10K:

• Start: Start at Wilson St. and head north on Wilson toward Shell Beach Drive.
• Turnaround: Turn around at Marine St at the 10K turnaround sign.
• Jogging Path: Follow the jogging path on the lakefront until the final turnaround near the Veteran's Memorial.
• Water Stops: Water stops will be located on the 5K and 10K routes.

5K:

• Start: Start at Wilson St. and head north on Wilson toward Shell Beach Drive.
• Route: This is an out and back route.
• Water Station: Will be provided at the 1.56 mile turnaround point.

1-Mile Color Run:

• Start: Start at Wilson St. and head North on Wilson towards Shell Beach Drive.
• Route: Turn right on Pithon St., left on Park Ave, and continue around the route finishing at the starting line.

Registration

• 10K: $60 per person through Sunday, October 25 at 7:00 am: $65 race day registration.
• 5K: $40 per person through Sunday, October 25 at 6:30 am: $45 race day registration.
• 1-Mile/Color Run: $30 per person through Sunday, October 25 at 10:30 am: $35 race day registration.
• Includes: Long sleeve performance t-shirt and festival wristband ($20 value used for food and games at festival).

Packet Pick-Up

Registered participants need photo identification. Proxy pickup is allowed for immediate family members, husband/wife/sibling, with identification.

• Dates/Times: Friday, October 23, 2026, 2 pm-6 pm: Saturday, October 24, 2026, 10 am-12 pm: Sunday, October 25, 2026, 6:30 am-6:45 am (5k/10k registration available until race start), 8:30 am-10:30 am (1-mile registration available until 10:30 a.m.).
• Location: ICCS Main Lobby (October 23), ICCS Park Avenue Entrance (October 24 and 25).

Race Day Schedule

• 7:00 AM: On-site registration for 5k & 10k and packet pick-up.
• 7:30 AM: Start for the 5k & 10k/on-site registration closes.
• 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM: 1-mile/color run registration and packet pick-up.
• 10:45 AM: Color Run begins.

Bib Assignments

• Bib Issuance: Each runner will be issued a bib number at Packet Pick-Up.
• Wear Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the runner to wear the bib during the race.
• Timing: Runners without bib numbers will not receive a time/score.
• Medical Info: Please remember to fill out the Emergency Medical Information on the bib number.

Age Group Categories & Awards

Awards will be issued to the following categories for the 10K & 5K only:

• Overall Award: $50 gift certificate to House of Sole for overall male and female.
• Age Groups: 1st-3rd place male and female runners in each age group: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and older.

Registration Questions

All registrations and fees are non-refundable.

Shirts

Short sleeve performance t-shirts are provided to registered participants. Shirts guaranteed if registered by Sunday, October 4, 2026, by midnight. Additional purchases may be made online or at Race Day Registration if available.

Weather

If there is lightning in the area, the race may be delayed, altered, or cancelled. Notification of cancellation will be sent via email and posted on ICCS Facebook page.

Parking

Parking is available at Lock Park and ICCS Parking lot on Ryan Street. Carpooling is recommended and courteous behavior towards neighbors is encouraged.

Emergency Action Plans

Safety measures include:

• Marshalls: Officers positioned along the route for safety.
• Volunteers: Monitoring medical and safety concerns.
• Strollers: Allowed during the race.

Volunteer

Volunteer opportunities exist for various duties including packet stuffing, race site setup, and hydration station support.
