ICCS Panther Run

ICCS PTO will be holding its annual Panther Run/Walk 10k, 5K, and 1-Mile Color Run on Sunday, October 25, 2026. The races and color run will wind through the streets of the beautiful Margaret Place District and along Shell Beach Dr. Please join us and support ICCS whether you run, walk or cheer! Proceeds from this event go to benefit the faculty, staff, and children of ICCS.

Brief Route Description

• 10K: Start at Wilson St. and head north on Wilson toward Shell Beach Drive. Take a left on Shell Beach Drive. Take a left on Marine St at the port. Take a left on to Sallier St. Turn around at the 3.1-mile marker. Water station will be provided at 5K turn around point and 10K turn around point.
• 5K: Start at Wilson St. and head north on Wilson toward Shell Beach Drive. Take a left on Shell Beach Drive. This is an out and back route. Water station will be provided at 1.56 mile turn around point.
• 1-Mile Color Run: Start at Wilson St. and head North on Wilson towards Shell Beach Drive. Take a right on Pithon St. Take a left on Park Ave. Take a left on Griffith St. Take a left on Wilson St. Take a right on Grove St. Take a right on Harrison St. Take a Right on Wilson St. Finish at the starting line.

Registration

• 10K: $60 per person through Sunday, October 25 at 7:00 am: $65 race day registration. Includes long sleeve performance t-shirt and festival wristband.
• 5K: $40 per person through Sunday, October 25 at 6:30 am: $45 race day registration. Includes long sleeve performance t-shirt and festival wristband.
• 1-Mile/Color Run: $30 per person through Sunday, October 25 at 10:30 am: $35 race day registration. Includes long sleeve performance t-shirt and festival wristband.

Packet Pick-Up

Registered participants need photo identification. Proxy pickup is allowed for immediate family members, husband/wife/sibling, with identification.

• Dates/Times: Friday, October 23, 2026, 2 pm-6 pm: Saturday, October 24, 2026, 12 pm-3 pm: Sunday, October 25, 2026, 6:30 am-6:45 am (5k/10k registration available until race start), 8:30 am-10:30 am (1-mile registration available until 10:30 a.m.)
• Location: ICCS Main Lobby, 1536 Ryan Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601 (Friday and Saturday). ICCS Cafeteria Entrance, 1536 Ryan Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601 (Sunday).

Race Day Schedule

Sunday, October 25, 2026:

• 7:00 AM: On-site registration for 5k & 10k and packet pick-up
• 7:30 AM: Start for the 5k & 10k/ on-site registration closes
• 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM: 1-mile/color run registration and packet pick-up
• 1:00 PM: Fest ends

Additional Details

• Bib Assignments: Each runner will be issued a bib number at Packet Pick-Up. It is the responsibility of the runner to wear the bib during the race. Runners without bib numbers will not receive a time/score.
• Age Group Categories & Awards: Overall male and female winners will receive a $50 gift certificate to House of Sole. Awards for 1st-3rd place male and female runners in specified age groups.
• Weather: In case of inclement weather, the race may be delayed or cancelled. Registered participants will be notified via email and posted on the ICCS Facebook page.
• Parking: Available at Lock Park and ICCS Parking lot. Carpooling is recommended.

Volunteer Information
