The Deaf-initely Can 5K and Fun Run is a run/walk event that benefits students attending the Wichita Falls Regional Day School Program for the Deaf. Your participation supports:
Beneficiary Programs
- Field trips: For preschoolers–seniors to build vocabulary from real-life experiences.
- Learning materials: Extra materials for teachers, students, and families throughout the year.
- Workshops: For parents and educators to improve communication strategies and support.
- Transportation: For students to attend Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing activities.

- Technology: Hearing Assistive Technology to help students thrive in the classroom.
- Social events: To help students build lifelong friendships and peer support.
- Critical needs: Fulfilling other program needs as they arise throughout the year.

The Wichita Falls Regional Day School Program for the Deaf serves over 100 Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students across Region 9, including Wichita Falls ISD, Burkburnett ISD, and neighboring SSAs. Your support helps us provide language-rich experiences from infancy through high school.
