Purpose

• Start the New Year: Run or walk for a great cause.
• Beneficiary: ALL proceeds benefit Rowan Helping Ministries.

Shirts

• Shirt Type: Resolution Run 5K shirts are leftover race shirts from the past year.
• Condition: They are not new for this race, but are still clean and unworn.
• Distribution: Shirts will be given out on a first come, first served basis.
• Inventory: SRR has a good inventory and should be able to provide adequate size choices. All are Dri-Fit shirts.

Awards

• Categories: Awards for Top 10 Male and Female.

Course Description

• Route: Take a right out of the Forum.
• Path: Travel up South Main Street, then right on Airport Rd.
• Loop: Take a right on Airport Loop Road, then another right onto Red Acres Road.
• Finish: Finally, take a left back onto South Main Street traveling north ending at the Forum.

Event Overview

• Community Focus: A low key community event to kick off a good year of exercise and wellness.
• Partners: Organized by Salisbury Rowan Runners and The Forum with Rowan Helping Ministries.
• Donations: Canned good and shoe donations are greatly appreciated.
• Timing: All participants will be timed on an accurately measured 5K course.

Results

• Community Benefit: You are guaranteed to benefit those in our community.
• Health Event: Start the new year in a healthy manner at a fun community event!
• Results Posting: All runners will receive their 5k time at www.salisburyrowanrunners.org.
• Timing Organization: Results will be done by Salisbury Rowan Runners.
