🏃‍♀️ The JC Valentine Half Marathon, 10K, 5K

The JC Valentine's Half Marathon, 10K, 5K takes place in Lincoln Park, a place that is not only historic, it’s beautiful!!! We are proud and excited to hold the inaugural Valentine's running event to support an incredible non-profit organization, Sustainable Jersey City, and their new YOUTH TRACK TEAM, The Presidential Sharks.

• Address: 1 Lincoln Park, Jersey City, NJ 07304 (Water Fountain)

🏁 Course Details

• Half Marathon: 4 loops of a 3.27 mile course.
• 10K: 2 loops of a 1.55 mile course.
• 5K: 1 loop of a 1.55 mile course.

💧 Water Stations

There will be water stations about every 1.5 - 2 miles along the course. Besides water, there will be Gatorade and gels.

⏱️ Timing

Live timing including a split per loop! Pictures and video will be uploaded the day of the event.

👕 Technical T-shirt & Bib

• Shirts: Male & Female cuts: A4 Technical Running Shirts for each participant.
• Personalized Bib: Must register 4 weeks prior: commemorative bib thereafter.

🥇 Finishers Medal & Awards

• Medal: Die Cast Medal with full-color ribbon.
• Awards: Top 3 overall Male and Female (All distances).
• Age Group Awards: Various categories for Half, 10K, and 5K.
• Finisher's Video: Provided on day of the event.

🍔 Food & Beverages

Post Race bagels, cream cheese spreads, organic jelly, and peanut butter.

📋 Race Day Packet Pick-up

• Time: 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
• ID: Bring picture I.D.
• Bib: You will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to it.

🧳 Baggage Check-in

• Time: 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
• Tag: Your bib will have a tear-off tag that you will pin to your personal bag.
• Retrieval: Show the matching bib to retrieve your bag from the secure area.

🚀 Race Start

9:30 a.m.

📈 Preliminary Results

Posted at around 10:30 a.m.

🏆 Awards Ceremony

10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
