Lake Whatcom Triathlon

Established in 2017, the Lake Whatcom Triathlon is a USAT-sanctioned event and host of the WA State Age Group, High School and Club State Championships.

📍 Race Location

• Address: 2219 Rimland Drive #301, Bellingham, WA
• Start/Finish: Transition area and start/finish lines at Bloedel Donovan Park

🏁 Course Details

• Swim: 1500-meter swim on Lake Whatcom
• Bike: 40km bike ride along North Shore Drive and Y Road
• Run: 10km run around the trails of beautiful Whatcom Falls Park

👥 Race Options

• Divisions: Individual and relay divisions
• Categories: Olympic, Sprint, Aquabike, and Kid’s Splash and Dash
• Participants: Draws beginner to elite athletes
