📅 About the Race

• Join Us: Come Join us for the 12th Annual YMCA Strides For Kids 5K Dash, a flat and super fast course. A PR awaits you!
• Community Impact: You can “Run the Course, Live the Cause” and help us make an even bigger impact in our community. Proceeds from the race help us make a difference in underserved areas of the River Region and give kids an opportunity to experience the YMCA.
• Race Essentials: All Participants will receive a race shirt and a finishers medal. Walk-in/Late registrations are welcome (but not guaranteed a shirt). There will also be a 1 Mile Fun Run.
• Beneficial Proceeds: Proceeds benefit the Annual Giving Campaign, which helps us serve thousands in our community. Our goal is that no one is denied an opportunity to participate in YMCA programs, because of the inability to pay.

• Time: 8:30 AM (5K), 9:45 AM (1 Mile Fun Run)

• Top Overall: Male/Female
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male/Female in each age group (9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and older)

💵 Entry Fees

• 5K: Entry fee is $30 per individual. Pre-race registration guarantees a race shirt. Walk-in registration is welcome! Late Registration after March 30, 2025 is $35.
• 1-Mile Fun Run: Entry fee is $15 per individual. No Late Registration for 1-Mile Fun Run (No Shirt).
