BENEFICIARY

• Purpose: This event serves as both a family engagement event and fundraiser.
• Support: It enables our school’s longstanding PTA to continue providing student and family events.
• Programs: Funds will support enrichment programs and core memories for all our students.

RACE ENTRY FEES

• Early Registration: Through Feb 1st $25
• Mid Registration: Feb 2nd – February 15th $30
• Late Registration: February 16th to February 20th $35
• Discounted Rate: Students 17 & Under $15.00

PACKET PICKUP

• Date: Friday February 20th
• Time: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Location: Orange City Elementary School, Bus Loop - 555 E University Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763

RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP

• Location: Race Site
• Time: Starting at 6:30 a.m.

RACE START TIME

• Date: February 21, 2026
• Time: 7:30am
• Location: Orange City Elementary Bus Loop

TIMING & SCORING

• Method: Professionally Chip Timed

AWARDS

• Categories: Top Overall Male and Female: top 3 male and female age groups.
• Age Groups: Include 7 & Under, 8-10, 11-14, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+
• Finisher Medal: All finishers receive a finisher medal.

TEE SHIRTS

• Inclusions: Each Registered Runner will receive an Event Logo Shirt.
• Note: Sizes are not guaranteed for registrations received after February 15th.

ADDITIONAL TIMING & SCORING

• Timing: Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip.
• Chip Placement: The chip will be attached to the back of the bib.
