BENEFICIARY

• Event Purpose: This event serves as both a family engagement event and fundraiser that will allow our school’s longstanding PTA to continue to provide student & family events, enrichment programs, and core memories to all our students.

RACE ENTRY FEES

• Early Registration: Through Feb 1st $25
• Standard Registration: Feb 2nd – February 15th $30
• Last Minute Registration: February 16th to February 20th
• Packet Pickup or Race Day: $35: Students 17 & Under $15.00

PACKET PICKUP

• Date & Time: Friday February 20th- 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Location: Orange City Elementary School, Bus Loop - 555 E University Blvd, Orange City, FL  32763

RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP

• Start Time: Race Site starting at 6:30 a.m.

RACE START TIME

• Date & Time: February 21, 2026 - 7:30am at Orange City Elementary Bus Loop

TIMING & SCORING

• Method: Professionally Chip Timed

AWARDS

• Overall Awards: Top Overall Male and Female
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 male and female age groups
• Age Groups Include: 7 & Under, 8-10, 11-14, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+
• Finisher Medal: All finishers receive a finisher medal.

TEE SHIRTS

• Included: Each Registered Runner will receive an Event Logo Shirt. Sizes are not guaranteed for registrations received after February 15th.

TIMING & SCORING

• Scoring Method: Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided, which will be attached to the back of the bib.
