2025 Glow and Go (5K)

Race Overview

The Glow and Go 5K will take place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, along The Woodlands Waterway beginning at 6 p.m. Glow and Go 5K is produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department and is a USA Track and Field (USATF) sanctioned event.

• Location: 2099 Lake Robbins Dr, The Woodlands, TX
• Time: 6 p.m.
• Course: Scenic route along The Waterway
• Eligibility: Open to runners ages 10 and older

Dress Code

Runners are encouraged to dress in their best holiday attire and glow!

Awards

There will not be an Awards Ceremony, but awards will be distributed onsite. A photo area will be available for participants.

Registration Information

Registration fee of $35 includes finisher medal and participant packet.

• Shirt: A participant shirt is not included but can be purchased for an additional $15.
• Availability: Sizes are limited, and shirts must be purchased by November 7, 2025.
• Race Day Purchase: Shirts may be available for $20.
• Strollers: Not permitted on the course per USATF sanction requirements.

Refund Policy

100 percent of your entry fee will be refunded until November 14, 2025. Refunds will not include Active.com processing fee. Refunds can take up to 3 weeks for processing. Please email the department to request a refund.

Transfer Policy

Entry fees are nontransferable from year to year. Transfers must be completed by the deadline by logging into your Active website account and selecting "My Events." All transfers must be completed by November 14, 2025. If you need assistance with transfers, please email the department.

Weather Cancellations

We have a "no refund policy" regarding weather cancellations of any kind as well as changes to the race after registration. Unforeseen changes can occur at any time no matter how finalized anything seems to be. Any changes made to the race are done after careful consideration, usually due to safety concerns.
