The Utah Run for CDH race is back!

This event is for everyone! Whether it’s a training run, your Saturday morning exercise, or your goal to run a race, bring your family and friends to participate while raising awareness and making a difference for a baby born with CDH!
🏞️ Course Details
The race course is fast and flat, out and back, on a wide trail at the base of the beautiful Wasatch mountains.
🎖️ Registration Benefits
- Timing: Official electronic timing is included.
- Shirt: Each participant will receive a race shirt.
- Medal: All finishers will earn a medal.
- Awards: Overall male and female winners, as well as age division prizes, will be awarded following the race.
