Hightail'n for Hadley Jo

Race Overview

Our Annual Hightail'n for Hadley Jo 5K/1 Mile Fun Run will be at Chaney's Dairy Barn on March 7, 2026. Our mission remains the same - raise awareness and funds to support finding a treatment for Hereditary Motor and Sensory Neuropathy, Type VIB which effects the SLC24A46 gene.

Registration Fees

Registration Fees:

• 5K Run: $25.00
• Fun Run/Walk: $15.00

Registration fees will increase by $5.00 after February 15th.

Register by February 15th to receive a race t-shirt.

Awards

5K Awards will be given in the following categories:

• Top Overall Male: Recognizing the fastest male runner.
• Top Overall Female: Recognizing the fastest female runner.
• Top Overall Masters Male: Age 40-49.
• Top Overall Masters Female: Age 40-49.
• Top Overall Grandmasters Male: Age 50-59.
• Top Overall Grandmasters Female: Age 50-59.
• Top Overall Great Grandmasters Male: Age 60 and up.
• Top Overall Great Grandmasters Female: Age 60 and up.

If someone is in one of these categories they cannot win a medal in the age brackets.

Age Brackets

Age Brackets Male AND Female:

• Under 10: Youth runners.
• 10-14: Teen runners.
• 15-19: Young adult runners.
• 20-24: Young adult runners.
• 25-29: Adult runners.
• 30-34: Adult runners.
• 35-39: Adult runners.
• 40-44: Adult runners.
• 45-49: Adult runners.
• 50-54: Senior runners.
• 55-59: Senior runners.
• 60-64: Senior runners.
• 65 and up: Senior runners.
