What better way to kick off the fall running season than with a flat fast 5k or 10k, with a FREE DUCK DONUT waiting for you at the finish line! We are coming back for year 5 and we would like to make this year's run the biggest yet!

• Open To All: The race is open to all levels of runners and walkers (5k only for walkers).
• Family Friendly: Bring your family, bring the dog…bring your appetite for FUN!

• Shirts and Medals: RACE SHIRTS AND FINISHER MEDALS ARE ONLY GUARANTEED TO THE FIRST 300 RUNNERS/WALKERS THAT SIGN UP.
• Packet Pick Up: PACKET PICK UP WILL BE SATURDAY NOVEMBER 1 AT THE DUCK DONUT LOCATION RT 22 GREENBROOK NJ 10A-1P OR AT DUKE ISLAND PARK THE MORNING OF THE RACE STARTING AT 8AM.
