Downtown 5K

🏃‍♂️ RACE INFORMATION

Date: Sunday, September 14, 2025.
Downtown 5K start time: 10:00 a.m.
Youth races start time: 9:00 a.m.

• Youth Races: Two youth races for boys and two races for girls.
• Ages: 1 to 5 (100 yards) and 6 to 10 (1/4 mile).
• Start Location: Memorial Blvd, Providence, Rhode Island.
• Additional Info: Chip timing: T-shirts for all entrants.

⚠️ SAFETY RULES

For safety reasons, please follow these safety rules:

• Pets: No pets allowed.
• Strollers: Baby strollers are allowed for walkers only.
• Walkers: Will line up at the back for the start of the 5K.
• Thank You: We appreciate your cooperation.

💰 ENTRY FEES

ONLINE Registration:

• Downtown 5K: $32 to 3/31/2025: $34 from 4/1/2025 to 7/31/2025: $36 from 8/1/2025 to 9/14/2025: Race weekend Saturday and Sunday: $40.
• Youth Races: $17 to 3/31/2025: $18 from 4/1/2025 to 7/31/2025: $19 from 8/1/2025 to 9/14/2025: Race weekend Saturday and Sunday: $20.
• Deadline: Online entries close 9/13/2025 at 8:00 p.m.
• Refunds: Sorry, no refunds.

📦 ON-SITE REGISTRATION

We encourage everyone who is able to pick up their race number before race day to make for a stress-free race morning!

• Pre-Race Packet Pickup: Friday, September 12th, 2025 // noon to 6:00 p.m. at Marathon Sports, Providence Place, Level One, 1 Providence Place, Providence, RI.
• Saturday, September 13th: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the same location.
• Race Day: Sunday, September 14th // 8:00 a.m. at the same location.
• Race Times: Youth races start at 9:00 a.m., 5K starts at 10:00 a.m.

🏆 Awards

Prize Structure 5K - Individual Awards:

• Top 3: Overall Women/Men/Non-Binary.
• Winners: Men/Women in various age groups (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, etc.).
• Note: Awards are based on "Gun Time." Elite runners should line up at the front.
• Teams: Family and Friends & Corporate teams accepted.
