13th Annual NOW ~Lap The Lake~ 5k Walk & Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

We are thrilled to share that our 13th annual ~Lap the Lake~ Road Race & Walk has been scheduled for Sunday, September 21, 2025! ~Lap the Lake~ is a major fundraising event which helps fund all of the free youth health & wellness programming that NOW is able to offer the community.

🌅 Event Details

• Location: 1717 Upper Maple Street, Dayville, CT
• Race Type: Scenic 5K run & walk along private roads surrounding pristine Alexander’s Lake
• Family-Friendly: The event invites kids to participate in our annual Kids Fun Run.
• Start/Finish: The 5K race starts and finishes at The Lake Tavern in Dayville!

🎉 Post-Race Celebration

We will have a fun filled race festival following the 5k to celebrate the accomplishment!

🤝 Impact of Proceeds

Proceeds from this event allow NOW to provide youth social, emotional, and physical wellness opportunities such as sports, nutrition and fitness education to the families in the Quiet Corner of CT. We are incredibly thankful for the support that we have received from the community, our sponsors, and our donors!
