- Date: Sunday, May 31, 2026
- Location: Kettering Fairmont High School, 3301 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio
- Start Time: 10 a.m. from door 2 (near the main entrance)
- Registration Fees: $40 for participants 12 & up: $30 for kids under 12
👕 Registration Information
- Participant T-shirt: Included if registered by May 13
- No T-shirt Option: Save $10 by choosing the no shirt option
- On-Site Registration: Available on the day of the event
- Limited T-shirts: Available for purchase on-site
🎉 Fundraising Purpose
- Support: Over 800 students in various band programs
- Financial Help: Funds raised will assist with instrument & uniform maintenance
- Activities Fund: Contributions will support band camp, travel expenses, and more
- Great Cause: Celebrating and assisting dedicated band and color guard members
🎁 Event Festivities
- Raffle Baskets: Enjoy chances to win exciting prizes
- Door Prizes: Opportunities to win fun giveaways
- Vendors: Various local vendors on-site
- Food Trucks: Delicious food options and novelty treats all day
